Quality Control Director and Investor Relations
Sue has extensive experience of the health and social care sector. After working in and managing various health and care services she then inspected and regulated health and social care services in England. She is experienced in monitoring the compliance of service providers against the required health and social care regulations and is an ideal choice for the monitoring and management of our quality control.
Howard has been in the IT Security sector for twenty five years and in regulation and compliance working for companies such as Canon, IBM and Alcatel-Lucent and has been at the forefront of protecting businesses and their customers. Highly skilled in GDPR, Howard has been working with the regulation prior to it being passed into law in April of 2016. Howard brings a wealth of channel experience having worked with technology integrators, cyber security businesses and distributors and this will prove vital experience in supporting our franchisees. Howard is also proud to be a charted manager with the CMI.
Dave is a Fellow of the Institute of Chemical Engineering, a Charted Engineer following on from a degree in Chemical Engineering at UMIST. David has great experience in major projects having been involved with The British Steel Corporation, Air Products, KBR as a project manager and later specialised delivering “non-standard projects”, bringing these skills to the business to help create scale and enable high quality, consistent delivery.
Returning to work after bringing up her child Melanie brings a wealth of legal experience following 20 years’ service in the legal sector in the City of London. Melanie brings to the board a great understanding of legal processes and contracts and will work closely with other board members to ensure compliance to regulation and to contracts.
Franchise Operation Director
Mark has had extensive experience in the franchise sector and ran two of the UK’s largest franchised driving schools for 10 years (AA Driving School and BSM), as well as working for DHL’s franchised courier business in the 1990s. Mark now advises business on commercial strategy, including pricing, product development and marketing to help them grow and succeed.
Sales and Marketing Director
With a successful career in sales and marketing behind her, Helen launched a successful photography business which has enjoyed success built on quality and capturing ‘moments’. Helen brings to the board a wealth of sales experience and will help recruitment of franchisees and support them in the field and is vital to the success of the business.
